Actually it's a pile of six dead Chillwind Ravagers (two heads each), a variety of what WoW calls chimera. They range from level 57-60 and I'm was a level 58 warrior. Compared to the dragons in WoW these are dinky, but it still felt good to slay a screenful of them. :) A little later, I made level 59. Hee!
