Who would have thought that exercise would give such a lift to my sex life?

I know that I have been developing greater strength and endurance. This goes beyond that. Exercising together can be sexy in its own way. It is like a shot of adrenaline into my relationship. Sharing a simple workout routine can be strangely intimate, even while clothes are still on. Then again, once they come off I get extra, uh... "strength training," and... er... uh... "yoga."

Were you able to? That might fall under their strength training stuff rather than cardio... I haven't tried yet, but if this keeps up I am going to have to figure it out! :) Then again, there could be a big variety in sex depending on whether one is male or female, on top or bottom, what position or positions were used and just how vigorous was the sex. Things could get complicated! (And, of course, duration matters too...)

Nope, it wasn't in there. I did look it up, though, elsewhere. The site I found said that sex doesn't burn very many calories. (I think it was 19, for someone of my size, for an hour.) That surprised me, as I'd heard otherwise. But I only looked at the one site, out of silly curiosity.

I don't know that I'd put it under strength training as much as general aerobic exercise, though. But as you said - it depends on the specific activity. :)

Yeah, when I'm on top and going slow and sensual, it is primarily strength training for me.
