I'm not sure I agree gay marriage is a feminist issue, per se. I think it's a human rights issue. We allow some humans to have some rights, but not all. That's the issue.
I do find it interesting how her own experiences definitely colored her viewpoint. I'm sure, were I to right about gay marriage, I wouldn't make the links she did.
