I blame a coworker of my husband's who gave us a lot of the stuff we've got. It wasn't in English, so I'm having something of a struggle of learning band names where our system garbles the text. The site I've been going to today is the diskografiya page for Diskoteka Avariya (http://www.avariya.ru/?p=disco).
The stuff mechanchaos's coworker gave us seems to be primarily compilations. I hope I can find online sources for some of the stuff with female vocalists, but I don't have a group name to work from yet.
