Lately, I've been having problems with my left shoulder. I finally got around to seeing the doctor about it today. No specific diagnosis aside from the fact that it's muscular and involves muscles whose names I seem to have forgotten in between 11:40 am and now. Her recommendation: heat patches, night time muscle relaxant, and script for a heartier dosage of naproxen. If things don't get better in a couple weeks, then they may give me som physical therapy.

Before heading out, I had an opportunity to introduce [livejournal.com profile] flnerd to the cats. It was nice to have the snippet of social-time! One of these days we ought to make sure [livejournal.com profile] hbbtrbbtbcnbt and [livejournal.com profile] flnerd get to hang out. :)

[livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos took some time out of his workday to take me to my appointment. We nabbed a quick lunch at Greece Ridge afterwards. When we sat down at a table to eat, he scrawled something on the napkin and passed it over to me. It read, "the cashier was checking you out." I'd wondered about that. At the very least, it looked like she was looking at my buttons. [livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos observed her look from buttons to chest, back to buttons, back to my chest. I can't say I didn't find the prospect (that I'd been checked out) flattering. She was cute. :) I find it funny how I rarely notice this kind of stuff, but if [livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos is with me, he does. Much as I like the attention, it confuses me somewhat. *shrugs*
