To fill in some of your ???

Cream Tea = Awfully British old chap, Cup of tea with a plain scone, strawberry jam by preference and fresh whipped cream (clotted in Cornwall) All very nice and about a million calories a hit.

Barramundi = Australian fish, very white meat - tasted a bit muddy to me when I tried it (wasnt keen)

Paella = Spanish rice and (usually) seafood dish, we call it a bungit as you just find whatever you can and bung it in with the rest

Tapas = Another from our Spanish friends, the idea of it is to provide you a snack with every round of drinks you buy, so that you dont get TOO pissed, so it can be anything from bread with olive oil and balsamic to dip in, through spicy potatoes to hot squid (nice) or cold squid (not so nice) - pretty much anything can be given to you if you go to a 'proper' Spanish bar, note - if you drink all night the quality tends to improve as the evening wears on, which is a bit of a shame as after 10 rounds or so, the quality of the food is pretty much unimportant to the drinker :)
