In other news, we took Aidan to his first amusement park trip since he surpassed 48" tall. He said he liked everything he tried, and he tried a whole lot. Sure it was just the little local park, Seabreeze, but it was still fun. He's not even six yet, but he's getting so brave and independent.

1) The place you grew up:
Well, this one is tricky, since I consider myself as having "grown up" in Rogers Forge, MD and Snyder, NY. However, my first home with my adoptive parents was in Williamsville, NY. Here is the church they attended in Williamsville and Glen Falls which is part of Glen Park, an important place to me both when I was little and when I was in high school.

2) Where you live now:
I live in the Maplewood Park section of Rochester, NY.

3) Your name:
Maureen. I think I was most impressed with being associated with these two. The oddest results were these two.

4) Your grandmother's name:
Marie Lepard was a hurricane of a woman who would rather be associated with this than with these women. There was also a Native American flag that came up for her. I will always remember Mary DeLaney as old and fragile.

5) Your favorite food:
I think the only food I could eat every day of the year would have to be sushi and sashimi.

6) Your favorite drink:
Though they are more dessert than drink, I have difficulty saying "no" to a chocolate milkshake.

7) Your favorite song:
I don't think it would be realistic to call any song my favorite. Lately, I've been enjoying "Touched" by V.A.S.T..

8) Your favorite smell:
Taking this as favorite perfume smell, I would say Triloka's Myrrh perfume oil.

9) Your favorite shoes:
Though I don't own a pair myself, I'd love to have a nice pair of gothy boots.

10) Your favorite number:
I'm rather partial to the number eight, which turned up several Asian results, one nifty Renaissance painting, along with natural and unnatural phenomena. I like my number!
