Epiphany! Not just a name for a particularly petite kitten featured in one of my userpics, epiphany is also a word for those "Aha!" moments that I love so much.
Edwardian After the Victorian era, this is the one that evolved the straightfront corset and the Gibson Girl who wore it. I picture big piles of hair topped with even bigger hats, and the charm of the early 20th century.
Eclectic Drawing from a variety of differeng sources, and a good measure of how I like my spirituality and my food.
Epicurean For this I'll stick with the indulgences in gastronomical delights and save the Greeks for another day. There's a reason I'm not small.
Ecstasy Junkies can keep the drug. I prefer the kind that I get watching waterfalls and sunsets, "getting" the universal in-joke, and eating meringues.
Education I'm addicted to it! I like learning, and I like the academic atmosphere.
Environment Whether we help it or hurt it, we have to live with it. I think it makes more sense to help it. I'd rather see more forests, mountains, and unpolluted beaches than factories, tenements, and Wal-Marts.
Entertainment A walk on the beach is nice, as is going to see the Adirondacks. I also like to take in an occasional cheap movie. I love exploring new foods I am not as familiar with. As an industry, though, the entertainment business strikes me as unintelligent and appealing to the lowest common denominator.
Ethnic Many of the foods I love best are from other ethnic groups. Something about the typical "meat and potatoes" diet doesn't sit well with me.
Ecumenism This is something I would hope to find in the interfaith community, at least in its more universal application.
