I was just rereading this and thinking, "Mmmmmmmmmmmm, tofu!"

Stuffed abura age... atsu age sliced up in a nice batch of oden made with homemade dashi... silken tofu cubed in tofu miso soup... coarse tofu sliced, marinated in a combination of shoyu, sake, mirin, and sugar, then fried until golden and topped with thinly sliced green onions... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. ***grins***

To think, I can remember a time when I didn't like tofu at all!
