Today things are looking a lot better. Last night I got my film loaded into the tank. It still took me a few tries, but I got it.
This morning the phone rang while we were getting ready to head out for the day. Thank you thank you thank you to
I don't have to worry about what caught me up last time. Thank you to
Then tomorrow I can go in, enlarge my final prints, mount them, and turn in my work.
Classes today were very feel-good. I got my final grade in Reincarnation HIS 252 - solid A. Since I already had my project for Intro to Graphics mounted, all I needed to do was affix a label, fill out an explanation sheet, and make certain I had all the right enclosures before handing it in. I had a class survey too. One classmate was interested in exchanging contact info. Several wished me well before I headed out. Professor Irvine paid me a complement as I was about to leave. She suggested that I ought to take other computer classes or at least other art classes. She thinks I have the knack for it.
For as comfortable as I feel in the art building at MCC, I don't know if graphic design is for me. I'm definitely keeping it in mind as something to fall back on, since I might as well have a BA in art already. In some ways it's too comfortable. I like the intellectual challenge of classes like HIS 252. I like the thrill of sharing profound observations in papers. I'm altogether too excited about spending my break writing a paper to submit to an undergraduate philosophy conference. I'm terrified by it, I am intimidated by it, and yet it's like riding roller coasters used to be for me.
It is somewhat ironic... I used to get scaredy-adrenaline-tummy-flutters from fast rides. Now that those are like leisurely drives to me, I find my big adrenaline rush from trying for publication. I guess I'm a philosophy geek at heart.

| You scored as True Neutral. A True Neutral person has two faces- either these people are merely apathetic, preferring to focus their minds on more important things, or these people truly believe in a balance of all things. To these people, there can be no light without some darkness. These people also have no dedication to, or intrinsic distrust of, laws. |
