The service I went to at First Universalist talked a lot about that, and about taking time to really feel your emotions. The speaker (not Rev. Tyger; he was out that day) was talking about how we tend to breeze past a lot of negative emotions because we don't want to feel them, but that they, too, are important. Doesn't mean we should dwell on them unnecessarily, but neither should be ignore them.
Everything in life has a purpose, and it's easy to lose track of them in the process of living. So yes, taking the time to notice a moment, a feeling, an ANYTHING is definite a wise thing to do on occasion. :)
I'm...alive. ::shrugs:: Just getting transitioned into being a supervisor. It's fun, mostly. Just really busy. Good luck with school and stuff! Poke me online sometime if you wish to say hi (AlmostFamous729).
