Yep, they are. :) I also buy Haw in a form that resembles mini-fruit-roll-ups. mechanchaos doesn't like those as much as the other ones. Curiosity took me into a number of herb books the other day, and the plain Hawthorne fruit are also called Haw (and are used as a vasodilator which, taken regularly, may help lower blood pressure). The Asian snack versions of Haw are definitely something I wouldn't mind "taking regularly." :)
