I didn't think you could see the Northern Lights from Lake Ontario. I thought you needed to go way farther north into Canada.

When I was going to Oswego, a friend pointed them out to me once. After that, I saw them a number of times. Once, the lights arched up so high it made the entire sky look like a cathedral!
