OK. I know I am not the same person now as I was just three months ago. I went to drop off a prescription. The woman there said it would be about 20 minutes. My first thought was elation at the warmer temperature today and getting some extra time to take a walk, even though I had finished my usual exercises earlier. Then on said walk, one sidewalk was swamped by snowdrifts. Rather than walk in the street or find another way around, I broke into a run so I could be through it more quickly. When I got back home, I went through my stretches an extra time so I would not get sore from the extra exertion.
Don't look now. I might just end up an exercise nut.
