So, despite my exercise foo yesterday and my weekend of hearty eating, today the scale read 227. Bye bye, Depo-Provera weight! I can safely say I'll never have Depo weight gain ever again. I don't mind personifying the bloody hole for a few more months until I have my uterus carved out. There's a light at the end of the tunnel, and I see it. This means I am down 52 pounds from my highest weight. That's more than 10 five-pound bags of flour I'm not carrying around anymore. In another month or so, I'll be into the teens, then into the oughts, then I'll be facing down that ol' 200 mark! This ball's a-rolling. I am not stopping here!

My schedule, as it currently stands:

This week:
doc appt tomorrow morning
groceries Friday morning
date weekend
(Leaving Thursday morning as an option.)

Next week:
pretty much all clear in the mornings
a few tentative plans on the weekend (at least one of which would include you anyway)

If you want to go further out than that, that's also possible.

Next week I have appointments on Monday and Wednesday. Aidan gets out early on that Friday as well. For me that leaves this Thursday (tomorrow), or next Tuesday or Thursday. What are your thoughts on the matter?

Next Tuesday is probably the best of those days, for me. Next Thursday might also be possible.

Perhaps we should check in with mechanchaos and see what works for him too. He currently can't check email or LJ from work. I think that's due to port blocking. I don't know for certain. He hasn't come up with a workaround yet, though.
