On the positive side, I just measured Aidan and he's 4'9" tall (or so damn close to it that once he puts his shoes and socks on it won't matter). Out with the kiddo seat!

I think you mean 4' 9". 5' 9" would easily be taller than both of us :).

Even still, he's growing quite tall. You feeding him Miracle-Gro or something? ;)

No Miracle-Gro here, but the cynical side of me wonders if it's all the human growth hormones that end up in much of the milk supply.

4'9".

Wow.

He's an inch shorter than me.

Does this mean that, technically, I should still be in a booster seat? Goodness, what about reallly tiny folk?

*ponders* I don't think my considerable a$$ would fit in a booster seat.

I bet some car seat lobby will make a law so all short people will need a booster seat, and they wil charge insane amounts of money because us short folk can't help being short, and they'll screw us all, and....

...sorry. Chilling out now :/

That's cool for Aidan, though :) He's going to be taller than me before the summer is out, I would wager :)

I think if they tried to be crudtastic about short people, enough diminutive individuals would protest loud enough to prevent it from becoming law.
