[livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos and I had a good time out with [livejournal.com profile] kolys, [livejournal.com profile] dawnstar, [livejournal.com profile] hbbtrbbtbcnbt and her family, and [livejournal.com profile] ecwoodburn last night. I think it is a wonderful thing that in such a short time, I feel like I can open up. Hanging around with a group of people who share many of my idiosyncracies gives me a positive feeling that carries over into the rest of the day. Thank you folks for including and welcoming us.

Since [livejournal.com profile] hbbtrbbtbcnbt, [livejournal.com profile] dawnstar, [livejournal.com profile] kolys, [livejournal.com profile] ecwoodburn, and I discussed a gathering here for kitten time and general hanging out, I though I'd ask everyone whether morning or evening would be a better time. We don't have plans ourselves other than [livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos heading to work at 6pm.

Anyhow, today is absolutely beautiful out from what I can see out the window. I think I'm going to try to rouse [livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos and see if we can get out and enjoy it.

Either one can work for us, but we'll need some time (before, after, or potentially both) to do a few more things around the house. I have a couple short things to write for school, and the bedroom floor needs to be found again. :)

We'd hoped to come find you tonight, but apparently you two had gone out to enjoy the day. Instead, we are sitting here playing SNES. *grins*

See you tomorrow!

How does 5pm sound for an approximate time? By that time we are guaranteed to be up to speed for the day. Aidan will probably be out of, or at least close to out of nap. [livejournal.com profile] mechanchaos will still be here for a short time. ***hopes that will work out for folks***

That should work for us. It won't give us a HUGE amount of time to spend, as we'll need to be headed home around 9ish. But 4 hours of kittenizing and socializing should be sufficient. :)

If anything changes and you're ready earlier, feel free to give us a call or IM [livejournal.com profile] kolys at some point. Otherwise, we'll show up around 5ish. :)

Sounds good to me. I was thinking since it coincides with lunch/dinner time for us, I could whip up a big batch of cinnamon waffles. We've got milk, water, and brewable teas. I'm thinking of asking John to do a run for some pop. If anyone has anything else they'd like to bring, feel free.
