computer update

So, we have this thing up and running for now. Thing is, we still need to wipe both hard drives and start from scratch. I still have a lot to back up before we can do that. That's really the main reason I've been offline even though the computer works. I don't like to settle in and work with it in its temporary state, especially with the kinds of stuff I've been doing around the house for the family and the work I've enjoyed with the Japanese language.

***hugs everyone who may or may not have missed her*** I don't know how long it's going to take me to get things backed up. Eventually I'll be back online more reliably. Now that the holiday busies have cooled down, I'm more likely to find myself sitting on my ass bored out of my mind. Hopefully that will be incentive enough to get the burner going.
