I got all excited when I saw the envelope from Oswego in the mailbox today, thinking it was my unofficial transcript with the official one on the way to MCC.

It wasn't.

It was my check and transcript request returned to me saying my account has holds on it with registrar's and the art department. Now, my dad payed all the bills back then. I have no idea what it called could be. I called registrar's and found that theirs was a hold about a meningitis survey and the art dept. hold. Since I'm not registering there, the survey isn't necessary. Called the art department only to find that it's office closes before 2pm.

UGH UGH UGH UGH

I have an appointment on monday for which I'll need an unofficial transcript in my hands and can't afford to put off. The earliest I can get in touch with the art department is 10am tomorrow according to their office hours.

Gah...the art department is only open four hours a day?!?

*hugtight* You'll get it figured out. Is there any way to get unofficial transcripts online, once it's paid off?

I wish there was. As far as I know, unofficial or official transcripts must be requested in writing due to privacy rules. You can bet your behind that I'm going to call registrar's tomorrow after I clear things up with the art department and ask what can be done to expediate things.
