Am I the only one who raised an eyebrow at the earth goddess being depicted as blonde? ***shrugs*** It isn't like any deity is one form rather than another. I tend to steer away from anthropomorphic deities myself. I guess I've just heard of and pictured earth gods and goddesses as having darker hair and complexions. Sometimes I picture the ancient "venus" figurines, with their voluptuously laden bodies brimming with womanly sexuality.
