It's a 3.931. One A- in Intro to Graphics Production. I don't fully know how she arrived at it, either, aside from one project that received an A-. All my other grades for the class were in the A range. ***sigh*** Ah well. I guess I'll just have to work harder next semester. ***grins*** I'll be facing Pre-Calculus, Advanced Composition, Intro to Psychology, and Literature and Philosophy of China and Japan. It should be an interesting semester.

Yeah, I didn't get a 4.0 either, but it was my own fault, mostly.

Pre-Calc==cakewalk. It's calc that is evil, evil, evil.

At least I can mostly type now. Tendonitis sucks.

Actually, I found Pre-Calc harder than Calc.
Limits were tough for me. Derivatives are EASY.
Integrals.. less so.

It was Differential Equations (I doubt you'll need to take that, maureen) that was TOUGH.

Pre-Calculus was what kicked my ass in high school. After a 95 on the course 1 exam, 96 on course 2, and 97 on course 3, the D- in pre-calc was hard to stomach. So it's as much about facing my own insecurities as it is about learning the material.

I'm not certain how far I'm going to need to go in calculus. I am interested in the philosophy of where physics and metaphysics intersects. That means I want to get real friendly with physics and quantum physics. That means making friends with the math that goes with it, too.

***hugs lots back*** I know it's not a bad GPA. I'd just let myself get my hopes too far up for a 4.0. ***shrugs*** 'S all good...
