Dweezil is home and seemingly not under the weather at all. His wire is out, and he is as active as any of the little ones.
While we were there, the vet showed us the x-rays they took today. Dr. K. pointed out the side and bottom views where the alignment is good and the joint shows definite healing. He instructed us to put hydrogen peroxide on the site where the wire was taken out, so we did the first round of that this evening.
When we'd first walked in, one of the assistants joked that they weren't giving him back because everyone there loved him so much. The cute little boy is stealing hearts already. ***grins***
Leave it to me to be a bit on the sleep cranky side, enough to totally miss that it was in jest, and worry what went so wrong as to require them to hold on to him! I was embarrassed when they gently reassured me that it was just a case of everyone enjoying Dweezil's company.
The cats in general go in for their shots and basic checkup on April 1st at 3:00 pm. It should be interesting to have that many little ones running around at the vet. I'll keep everyone posted!

a. lived somewhere that allowed cats
b. had less of an allergic reaction to them
Truthfully, if I was allowed to have a cat in my apartment, I'd just deal with the allergy.
I think I'm one of the few who has not seen your kittens. Maybe I could visit? I miss seeing people these days with everything else that has been going on. Female friends nearby are few and far between.

Hmmm... I'd have thought most kittens would be Chaotic Neutral.

The other thing they have in common is that cuteness is a survival mechanism. This is so that we don't kill them when they ruin a favorite outfit with their claws, or throw constant temper tantrums! :)
