Ouch. It seems I now have my turn at having a painful ankle. It isn't like Vertex hasn't rendered my ankles sore in the past. Pivoting on them like I do is prone to that. Usually a day of gimping around is enough to reset things to normal.

Pleasantly, an ace bandage is easing things somewhat. I just hope that I can still take a walk today without exacerbating the problem.

If you can get to Wegmans or Lori's Natural Foods, I highly recommend arnica gel for such things. It's the only thing that works when my wrist starts acting up.

Either way, though, I hope you feel better soon. *big hugs*
